Ugreen allows you to download up to 1 GB file in 5 seconds. The SATA interface of the HDD hard drive enclosure supports UASP accelerated transfer protocol, 70% faster than conventional USB 3.0. The USB 3.0 A interface supports transfer speeds of up to 5 Gb / s, and is also compatible with USB 2.0 and USB 1.1 ports. Note: after 3 minutes of inactivity, the HDD will go into sleep mode, each data transfer will wake it up immediately.

Universal compatibility The UGREEN external hard drive case is compatible with Windows 10/8/7 / Vista, LINUX, Mac OS 8.0 and later. Suitable for 7.5 mm and 9.5 mm thick SATA HDDs and SSDs (up to 6 TB), including Western Digital, Seagate, Toshiba, Samsung HDDs or SSDs with SATA connection. Plug & play, toolless installation, no reboot and no driver. Instructions: 1. Remove the back cover; 2. Insert the hard drive to repair the interface and close the back cover; 3. Connect your device to your computer and that’s all you need to do. 4. Before disconnecting the hard disk drive cage, click the “Safely Remove Hardware” icon on your computer to avoid data corruption.
